Soooooo many movies I want to see in the next 4-5 weeks and of course I'm having a second kid. Dammit.
Cool thing about movies is that they'll still be here months, years, decades later. No worries.
I am. Mcavoy is a legit actor and looks fantastic in it.
Early reviews are that it's pretty much his best movie since 6th Sense.

Nice! I thought The Village was excellent and Signs and Unbreakable to a lesser extent, were very good as well.
Literally his only good movie. I'm surprised he still gets directing gigs.
Also, you mentioned something about how Unbreakable was a good movie a few months ago. I gave it another go (didn't like it the first time around), and I liked it even worse. ****ty movie imo.
He also has a Christian "family values" type of movie about two kids who.... um... i don't remember. But a very LDS acquaintance INSISTED we watch it, since in his opinion, it's one of the best movies of all time. It wasn't.
It's hard to like Signs with the whole "naked aliens die from water" conclusion to that heap.
Yeah, Signs was one of the worst movies ever made. "Swing Away!" Yeah, uh huh. Reason the stupid kid sucked at baseball was because he had a destiny that demanded that he "swing away" at everything. It would be awesome if it was possible to completely delete a movie from existence. That one would be top of my list.
