I think you're over-reacting. Sullinger and Burke are young guys who grew up together - it's only natural that they'd talk about playing together one day. I'm sure when Burke becomes a veteran and his world expands beyond where he grew up and who he grew up with, he'll have more focused goals than playing with his homies.
That's a great point. He's still way young and just trying to figure things out. Give him a couple years to actually experience the Jazz culture and living here and he'll be hooked. I've actually noticed that it's the exception, not the rule that they leave. It actually seems the opposite; especially in the last few years. The Jazz are smart enough to know who to recruit and who to avoid to keep that going.
