Alright since it seems many people want it that way I'll allow those who have already made their picks to change the pick after the draft. And those who haven't already made a pick can do it after the draft as well.

It's not just about how good someone is though, it's about how good they are relative to where they're picked (see OP). If Looney were to be picked at #25 then I might pick him cause I like him more than most and think he'll out perform that selection. But if someone picks him in the top 10, I probably wouldn't pick him as my homer pick.

Or like Dekker. Some people are now saying Detroit is going to take him at 8 if Hezonja is gone. I don't really want to pick Dekker at 8, but if he goes 16 to Atlanta, it might be a different story.
