It's not just about how good someone is though, it's about how good they are relative to where they're picked (see OP). If Looney were to be picked at #25 then I might pick him cause I like him more than most and think he'll out perform that selection. But if someone picks him in the top 10, I probably wouldn't pick him as my homer pick.That is weak sauce to pick after the draft. If you think the dude is good enough he should succeed wherever he goes.
