1.Ty Lawson played on a bad team
2.Ty Lawson doesn't give a **** about Bball anymore
3. He has 4 DUIs
4. He came into the season way out of shape.
5. His per is 4th worst out of all PGs in the league
 
I would bet he is better than the Houston version, but I don't see how he goes along with the team unity the FO has been fostering.

The Jazz aren't that stupid. The Rockets can "pitch" whatever garbage they want. I'm sure DL won't bite. Would be an out of character move. Building a team with chemistry and then adding Ty Lawson? I can see taking a chance on a difficult personality player with upside, but not an alcoholic player. Lawson showed up at practices smelling like alcohol. That's not normal drinking. A problem we won't take on.

The Jazz have been scouting Lawson for weeks according to Jazz sources, so it's not just a "pitch". Utah is legitimately intrigued by the potential.
