Following 2016 potential draftees

None of the measurements really jump out at me other than Baldwin. He is a long *** PG and I would be hyped to draft him.

Ellenson and Poetl both measured well too with nice wingspans/standing reaches.

Skal's standing reach is kind of bad.

Valentine's weight surprised me. He came in at 210 though he is still on the higher end of the body fat for a wing at 9%.

ULIS ONLY WEIGHTS 150 LBS!!! and has a 7'4 standing reach! Insane. I'd be scared to spend a first round pick on someone that small.

Layman didn't have a great wingspan (only 1.25'' longer than height) but I still like him as a 2nd round sleeper.

Kyle Wilter came in at 15% body fat and 240 lbs, which is crazy because I assumed he was much skinnier and lighter.

Sam Vecenie thinks some of the standing reach measurements are suspect - they seem ridiculously low. Some players might be attempting to boost their athletic testing numbers(i.e. Pat Connaughton style).

That might be the case on Wiltjer. He has good height and wingspan but poor reach. He does have a long neck tho

The guys I want that might be there (not in order):

Luwawooooo
Pascal Siakam
Joel Bolomboy
Patrick McCaw
Gary Payton
Ryan Reynolds
Chineke Onuaku
Brice Johnson (totally flipped my opinion on him)
Denzel Valentine
DeAndre Bembry
Robert Carter
Wade Baldwin

Those are my guys right now, with Luwawooooo, Reynolds and Payton being my favorites. Gosh I want Payton. Those measurables + his skills/instincts. Kids a player. Would be a great backup PG, better than any we have on our team.

Ellenson is a great fit as a big in today's NBA. Big enough and strong enough to hold his own on the glass and in the post on defense and can take advantage of small ball on offense with his post scoring but will also stretch out and be dangerous from three point range.

I'm so dumb for comparing Jacksons athletic ability to Bledsoe, he only had a 44'' vertical.

No one ever said that I just said basically let's be careful comparing anyone to Bledsoe... Who can run, jump, and is strong as hell. There is also a difference between functional athleticism that manifests itself in the game and track meet athleticism that looks good in testing.

lmao keep backtracking.

The Jazz really like Washington's Marquese Chriss, were impressed by his interview...but also fear he's out of their reach

Dorian FInney-Smith shrunk 7 inches in 1 month time. He was measured 8'10.5" standing reach in Portsmouth last month. Today he's at 8'3.5".

NBA execs expressing significant skepticism about the vertical leap #s being reported due to discrepancies in standing reaches measured here

Jonathan Givony ‏@DraftExpress

Many of standing reaches we saw in measurements released today are significantly lower (up to 6 inches) than what same players had in past.

My guess is when these "unofficial" numbers become official we'll see some more realistic vertical leap figures. May need to remeasure guys?

Eric Bledsoe is an alien... Not sure Jackson is in the same athletic class as him. He's one of the few guys that athletically challenges Russell Westbrook.

lmao keep backtracking.

Wait so I'm backtracking off of this comment... I'm not sure he's in Bledsoe's athletic class is not saying he's a bust. I have nothing to backtrack from. I would be fine with us drafting him just don't see him as the Eric Bledsoe type. I like most the guys in our range except Skal.
