Do we get SA Diaw or Charlotte Diaw?
Those were two completely different players.
I'd take 08-09 Charlotte Diaw.

How I feel tooMeh...
But its a meh with a smile...
I don't care how old he is. . . get him into P3 with the others. He can hang out with Rudy and wax philosophically about French literature over a nice wine as long as he gets his *** into shape for the season. Even though he's technically under contract for next year, this is very much a contract year for him.I am a little more excited about Diaw after watching the videos. I just hope he is at least in average shape because the altitude might kick his butt.
I am really excited about this team.

True, we did cut Bell, but that was because he and Corbin where going at it.
You sure Garrett was guaranteed? I thought he was a partial guarnatee player.
I do remember cutting Jerrett during his guarantee year.
Also, if I remember correctly, in Bell's case we bought him out at the end of his contract (for almost 100% of what was left). We asked him to go home, root on his sofa and collect the checks.
I remember when Diaw was playing for Charolotte there was a rumor of a Boris for AK47 trade. Here's a great article about Andrei:

Did Diaw ever play the 5 spot for the Spurs?
This trade was just officially announced and it is even a little better than we thought.
Jazz sent out Olivier Hanlan
Jazz received Boris Diaw, 2022 2nd round pick and cash considerations.
DL stacking the deck in the 2020s...

DL is the man. Plain and simple.
But it is the spurs, in 6 years that pick will probably be 58-60.
Nice gamble though.
Yeah. Diaw, cash AND a pick. That's a great haul for a guy many were projecting the Jazz to acquire at some point anyways.
