Fainting Hillary

I went to look. Found some fun stuff like David Letterman appearances and such. I think it was 1996 or 2000 or 2004 when someone like Letterman was just chattering with him, and as I recall, it appeared and sounded right for a Trumpism. He was, I think, insulting Republicans for being stupid chumps who didn't know how to solve problems or make valid decisions or judgments, probably out of disappointment. Come to think of it, it was probably something he said when the Republicans were caving and buying into Obamacare.

Trump says stuff like that. He just does. Nobody knows how much to make of it. There might have been something in the immediate context that would embarrass the Dems even more.

I'll look some more.
I bet you will not succeed in finding it. If it existed the Dems would already be playing it endlessly. If you think there is something in there that the Dems would legit be embarrassed by you're crazy. They think he is a fool and they consider anything and everything he says to be the words of a racist, sexist, or an idiot. The fact that it's no story at all tells me that there is no such video.

David Letterman had him on at least three times..... though he did directly contradict Trump a couple of times and introduced him as a badass landlord sort of dude as well. The realities of Trump, on the record over the years, pretty much show "racist", "sexist", and "idiot" to be unbalanced ravings of lunatics in themselves.

For example, he might have been disappointed with RNC RINOs joining a bad trade deal, a bad budget, or Obamacare, and saying things that have since been shown to be perfectly true and proving his sublime good judgment in dealmaking. That would be the context if he said "Republicans will believe anything". And he is damn right.

The Trump campaign has historic footage of Jesse Jackson honoring him for his employment of lots of good black craftsmen and construction workers, with Trump profusely thanking them for their good work. There are no women in Trumps past that are out there saying he was anything but a gentleman, and there's lots of footage of him praising all kinds of fine contributions women have made in his business organizations and even construction crews. He profusely honors everyone in his rhetoric of success. As for being an idiot, it's pretty clear he's as crazy as fox, but he comes out the winner regularly.

you lookin' at rhetoric on the campaign trail? He speaks to the people, he says stuff to wow them, in an edgy sort of way..... but he has fun with it and moves on. No sign he's deeply committed to any view that is offensive to anyone, and face to face with anyone he is talking with them, not lecturing them on how they should be. He just doesn't hate anyone, and he just doesn't have time to dig deep. He will apologize and reverse himself the moment he sees it go wrong.

No reason to expect campaign rhetoric to be policy in a Trump administration.

OK, I found it. But you are right about it being bogus.

But I am right about my general take on Trump, because he says so himself in some quoted material contained in this link:

https://www.factcheck.org/2015/11/bogus-meme-targets-trump/

Trump is no right wing ideologue, and his view is essentially that both parties have lost their way, and good sense dictates we fix some stuff.

This is bizarre. You don't even have any evidence of him actually saying this thing that would be so controversial, and instead of looking for the evidence you are defending him for saying what he didn't say.

Please provide proof of a single apology. He does not do that. I doubt you can find a single video of him ever saying "I'm sorry," for anything.

I'm worried about you Joe. You jump in here with erratic stuff and insults, and don't pay attention to what's being said. Take some time off and come back when you can make sense.

For clarity......

I found something on the video I noticed some time ago. I did not vet it, and here is something from some folks who did check it out:

https://www.factcheck.org/2015/11/bogus-meme-targets-trump/

Trumps been talking about running for President for a while, with criticism of the Republicans as well as the Democrats:

Trump, Wall Street Journal, Sept. 30, 1999: Let’s cut to the chase. Yes, I am considering a run for president. … Unlike candidates from the two major parties, my candidacy would not represent an exercise in career advancement. I am not a political pro trying to top off his resume. I am considering a run only because I am convinced the major parties have lost their way. The Republicans are captives of their right wing. The Democrats are captives of their left wing. I don’t hear anyone speaking for the working men and women in the center.

He's going to be a moderate, and a team player, with the mind to make America work for most of us.

I thought you said there was a video. It's easy to create a fake meme like the one you pointed out. Much more difficult to make a fake video that matches what you described. Either way, the story is bogus as I said.

Trump doesn't grovel, if that's your notion of an apology. Look at his face. Listen to the words.
My notion of an apology is someone taking responsibility for an error. We all make errors. Most of people have the ability to apologize for them, but a few do not. Trump is one of those few.

For 5 years, he was the Tweeter-in-Chief of the birther movement:

And how did he apologize? By saying Hillary started it, and he finished it!! That's some backbone your buddy The Donald displayed, wasn't it? That's some backbone.

Nobody's gonna hold their breath for a genuine apology from the spineless wonder that is The Donald.....

The US Department of Justice 1973 lawsuit against Trump Management (Trump and his father) really should get more coverage. It was how Donald Trump first became a national figure. The DOJ found Trump refused to rent to black people and lied to black applicants about whether apartments were even available. According to sworn statements, employees of Trump said they were told to write a large “C” (for colored) on black prospective tenant’s applications and that those applications were summarily rejected. The suit was settled in 1975 when Trump agreed not to discriminate in return for not being forced to admit guilt. The DOJ viewed the settlement as a major victory for fair housing while Trump viewed it as vindication.

I could not possibly know if it was fabricated somehow, and I was not there when he said anything like that myself. Beyond that, I don't doubt he thinks that way.

Funny how you and Dr. Jones come across as so in love with yourselves. You are perfect Trump proteges.

It won't work.

It will have a negative impact on the native wildlife.

It'll be a symbol of stupidity

It'll completely ruin the view

Depends on what kind of wall you build. It might work. Make it 300 feet tall. Covered in grease so its really slippery. Also make it penetrate into the ground 100 feet. Make the wall 60 feet thick solid steel and concrete.
