So is this what it felt like in 04-05? I was on a mission during that season, so I missed the agony. Just curious if the feeling is similar.
I don't think so no there is just too many different variables, because of how this season started and expectations going into both were a bit different and of course injuries of the 04-05 season.
I guess PG drama is a similarity but much different shipping out Arroyo compared to losing a franchise PG but getting a lot of young talent and of course losing a HoF coach makes this season unique in of it's self.

uh, he did? when was that?

oh yes, last year's playoffs: 3.0 PER. is he going to kill it like that again tonight?

The last game he played very well. Also there was a regular season game a couple years ago i think that was one of his best. Look not expecting 20pts and 15 rebounds. Play solid defense, make a few easy buckets, and dont turn the ball over.

Driving a car with one bald tire 10 hours on the autobahn is blind faith.
Winning with Fes in the line up tomorroiw will be dumb luck.

Oh yeah, things have gone great without him. It was ealier in the year when he was playing when we won games and yes of course I believe it was all due to Fes. :) I wonder if he does have a good game if Go4Jazz will be back on posting.

I think this is Corbin throwing Fes a bone. His last chance to make any kind of statement. Also, he gets that Fes does match up better defensively than any of our other bigs.

The ref's will call TKO, or skunk after 3.
The Jazz lay down their king, and walk away.

Kobe 50, Jazz 45

A loss to the Lakers (54-20) officially eliminates the Jazz (36-39) from the playoffs and would make them the first team in history to start 15-5 and 27-13 and not qualify for postseason play, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Probably been mentioned before, but how appropriate is tonight's loss going to be given our last few play-off appearances?

I thought the same thing this afternoon. What a season - Bulls sending Sloan to the farm and the Lakers once again ending the Jazz's postseason chances.

Barnes suspended. Can't see the Lakers recovering from this. I suspect they'll put up a fight until halftime but they just don't have enough firepower to get the W.
