It does make being accused of hypocrisy by those people extremely ironic though.
Also as for not getting Thrillers point. That's because unlike you he doesn't have one beyond attack the right. You are coherent and have legit reasons. He just hates.
And I say this as someone who isn't a Trump fan. I don't like his policies, bully tactics, treatment of women...
This is the second time in two weeks you've made this claim. The first time, I let slide. But not this time. So let's look at the facts.
In the obamacare thread you claimed that you liked the ideas of tort reform and insurance companies competing across state lines. Popular talking points on am radio and Fox News. But lacking severely in critical thinking. So I then posted asking you why you thought those ideas were so great? I invited you to refute my pts that neither of those ideas addressed the key problems: access to health care and costs. Rather than refute these pts you instantly labeled me a blind partisan.
Now in this thread you call me a hater. The truth is as a president I believe Clinton to be above average. He ran surpluses, the economy hummed along, and he kept us out of major wars. As a husband, sure he was rotten. Yay, so you got me to admit that.
But that's not the point. Conservatives for nearly 3 decades have refused to acknowledge that Clinton was a good president. For those "Family Values" obsessed, their entire judgement of Clinton hinged around his behavior. Want to throw him into prison for 20+ year old allegations women have made against him? Fine.
But the point I was trying To make was that somehow these much more recent allegations made against trump are now ignored. He even admitted to bush that he sexually assaulted women and got away with it because he was a rich tv star. Yet, these pts were ignored by the right who couldn't crucify Clinton enough. They're fine with trash like Gingrich or Trump in power as long as it's "their team winning."
So I honestly don't feel like you're giving me enough credit here. Rather than dispute my pts on health care you label me a hater. A blind partisan. Who does that other than a blind partisan hater? If you disagree with my pts then do so and explain why. Cite an academic. Give me an article to educate and inform.
But stop the personal insults. It's cheap and lazy. You're a mod so what recourse do I have when you insult posters?
Don't make the mistake in thinking that I'm a blind partisan. I'm fine with people having different opinions than me. But when you write poorly informed posts about health care or Syria and are called out (as I have done a few times) don't just dismiss it as blind partisanship or hatred. That defeats the purpose of a message board.
Admit that others might have a better insight into those issues than you. I get that it's easier on your ego to just dismiss these posts as blind hatred. It shuts down the discussion and saves your face from admitting that you were wrong. But it certainly doesn't make me a hater.
In the future, please refute my posts. Stop calling people mere haters or blind partisans. Doing so just makes you sound even more poorly informed and insecure. What recourse do regular posters have when mods bully fellow posters? Time to practice the rules you enforce onto others.
If you have a personal issue with me then PM me. But if it's related to merely disagreeing with me, state how and why, rather than personal insults. Got it?
