But if Vivek is still obsessed with finding the next Curry, I would imagine it would be hard to talk him out of Monk.

If I were Dolan I'd fire Phil, give my blessing to waive melo, hire a low profile but quality Jr executive from a quality franchise ro be President of bball operations, let him hire a new GM and let them build a team.
Seriously it's New York. There is no reason why a couple of old has beens(perhaps never was in Melo's case) should be holding that franchise hostage.
Duh. It's more like a reality TV show in MSG than an actual NBA team. I'll believed they hired a Kardachian as a GM before I believe they did the rational thing.
But if Vivek is still obsessed with finding the next Curry, I would imagine it would be hard to talk him out of Monk.
Who else would the next Curry be? Can I see a Curry power ranking? The way he's playing the next Curry may be Seth.
Man, I really hope this resting players thing causes the NBA to cut 20 games from the schedule.
Nah, one way to eliminate 'resting' would be do a 2 weeks break between regular season and the playoffs.
That way I believe star players would play every single regular season games.
I dont see that. Just because you give people more time off between games wont eliminate rest, they still have to play 82 games. Rest is about limiting the minutes played in a season more than anything.
You want to eliminate rest? Cut games, makes the remaining games more important.
Yeah but if at the end of the regular season you're given 2 weeks to recuperate, you can't tell me that isn't enough to get you healthy & ready for playoffs for most players.
