check out the last 6 games of Duke's season - 2 ACC tournament games and 4 NCAA games. he's a gamer until the games become important. so yeah, check out his production and remember they are the most important games of the season, and this guy was a 4 year player. and the jazz took him in the first round.

Agreed. This actually has moved me more than all of the talking everyone is doing.
It also reinforces my belief that Wendel Carter Jr. is quietly one of the best prospects out of Duke in years.

LOL It also shows that Duke's bigs are gonna be trash on offense next year without a sizeable improvement. Their gonna be running lots of 6'7 players in the rotation..
The DeLaurer offensive on/off will prove to be anomalous tho for sure. He's not that bad.
You were talking about Duval not getting drafted but the dude was absolutely horrendous defensively.

For a team to have the immense talent duke did last year and to be as bad as they were in man-to-man defense, it's ****ing nearly impossible, somehow they pulld it off though..
Team was fatally flawed, part of it is on the architect, not just the pieces on the floor.
Duval is like, at the college level and i mean this will all due respect, a complete monstrosity of a PG. u see the shoulders on that kid? For him to go undrafted is on him in a lot of ways but it's a stain on the entire team in a way too..
Duke threw 5-star PG Derryck Thornton to the wolves in a similar fashion not too long ago.
There's particulars about the Duval case that shouldn't have happened. Part of it is on the staff as far as im concerned.

No, a second year in a row of none existent shooting will do him in as his career arc begins to point toward MCW, then the sportswriters will finally see the error of their ways and turn on Simmons. Simmons will then be out of the league in one year
