Utah Jazz Media Day 2018

I've been doing the whole "time-restricted eating" thing for about a month. It wasn't a weight-loss strategy, but I did end up losing 7 or 8 pounds. Massive gains in energy. And improved recovery and muscle tone.

I definitely recommend.

Can co-sign here... I use both keto (or just low carb) and intermittent fasting.

IF is great when I want a minor calorie deficit without worrying much about what I’m eating.

Also meth and lipo are very effective.
 
It is crazy to me that so many people have a hard time losing weight. I have to try to remain rail thin. If I don't I turn into a walking skeleton.

I gain weight fast but I also put on muscle fast... some people just respond to food.

It’s because we eat like ****. You can’t outwork bad nutrition. I dropped 30+ pounds after I started eating right and working out regularly. Put it all back on after I got lazy again.

When I get lazy I lose weight fast. I can't imagine what it is like to be lazy and have an appetite. I have to put in a ton of physical exertion to have an appetite.

I have to drink smoothies and shakes and crap just to maintain my weight. I honestly think most people think I am a junkie at first glance.

losing teeth helps with weight loss too. Like... literally... 32 teeth 1.5 grams a tooth...

since we truly turned this one into a muscle watch thread for the forum, I am gonna share that I've lost 41lbs over the last 4 months... and I can confirm it helps a lot with having better energy throughout the day and much better movement when playing sports... I mean... not that it's shocking or something...

Worst advice ever. Yeah spray yourself with Axe and wear a ball cap backwards too.

It was a joke about him hitting puberty... only person I know that calls hats a ball cap is my 90 year old grandpa.
