I've been doing the whole "time-restricted eating" thing for about a month. It wasn't a weight-loss strategy, but I did end up losing 7 or 8 pounds. Massive gains in energy. And improved recovery and muscle tone.

Can co-sign here... I use both keto (or just low carb) and intermittent fasting.
IF is great when I want a minor calorie deficit without worrying much about what I’m eating.
Also meth and lipo are very effective.
