I need a distraction from the real world. Netflix isn't the only show in town, although it often seems like it. So what new non-streaming show has caught your attention so far?

I watched "Murphy Brown" last night on CBS. I was a fan of the former series, and it was fun to see the old gang (RIP Eldin). But they aren't even pretending to appeal to a broad fan base. It was very anti-Trump. Hillary Clinton even made an appearance. I thought it was hilarious and fun, but I am a part of the targeted audience. I will not be recommending this to any of my family members.

I also watched "A Million Little Things" on ABC. It is the sort of show that should really bug me, but I'm intrigued enough to watch it again. And I keep thinking about the moments that tugged at my heart. But if I have to hear "everything happens for a reason" too many more times, I may change my mind.

What shows have you watched?

You should watch Justified.
One of the greatest shows of all time imo

I started watching it at the beginning. Don't remember why I only watched a few episodes.

I remember that the first couple episodes were the worst.

I started watching "You" on Lifetime because friends were raving about the book. Slightly creepy stalker show.

It's now seeming weird to have to wait a week for a new episode. Thanks, Netflix.

Also Suits without Rachel and Mike sucks. They really need someone to replace Mike to play off of Harvey.

Yeah, Robert v Harvey v Louis just isn't the same. And I miss Donna as a secretary (does this mean I'm not a good social justice warrior?). I find myself nearly yelling at the TV every episode because they are all acting like such spoiled brats (and not in a fun way like before).

I dunno what the creators were thinking? They needed to add someone pretty special after losing BOTH Mike and Rachel and also don't forget losing JESSICA. OK they added Heigl, but that's not nearly enough to counter the weight of losing the other 3.

Also I think they needed to add better and longer storylines rather than just case after case... I hope they can take some feedback and make the rest of the season better.

When we gonna get more Rick and Morty?

Does anyone else watch Expiration Unknown with Josh Gates? It's got to be my favorite show on TV. I think Josh Gates has the coolest job in the world, is funny, down to earth and just a cool guy in general. The thing I like about the show is they actually find stuff, discover things, solve things on almost every episode. It's fascinating to me.

If you've never seen or heard of it, I highly recommend you give it a shot. It's currently on the Discovery Channel and Travel Channel. They are currently filming a new season too.

This. Holy motherforking shirtballs this is the truth. Justified is fantastic on nearly every level. Loved it.

Did I mention I am a fan of The Good Place? Great show. Awesome premise carried out really well.

When we gonna get more Rick and Morty?
I heard maybe in 2019, but late in the year, but most likely 2020. I just hope it is more like season 1 and 2 and less like season 3. Season 3 felt like going to a funeral where that one weird uncle makes a bunch of forced bad jokes.

Are we getting Mr. Robot Season 4 this Fall? Anyone know?
I believe the answer is yes, but I also heard it is the final season. I will be sad, but I really hope they pull off a great last season. The 1st and 2nd were really good, the third was a bit lacking, felt kind of like they didn't know where to take it. I hope the 4th wraps it up well.

Oh no.. really? Why? It's not like the ratings have been low?

I really just don't understand why some shows ends so early. Breaking Bad. Game of Thrones. The Practice. When there's a whole lot of rubbish shows out there, it boggles my mind why these great shows have to end.

I was intrigued by that but just gave it up after 4 eps. Just too creepy
