Dante Exum Averages .2 Steals Per Game

I honestly think for Exum's future in NBA he needs to forget the dream of being a PG in NBA. He needs to focus on being a defensive wing, gain more weight, be stronger and play off ball mostly as slasher and corner 3pt shooter - he has perfect role model in Thabo for that so should just follow his blueprint. It is way more beneficial for the team and him as well. Of course he would need to bump his 3 pt shooting percentage at least to 34-35% as only attacking the rim will only work if you play with other 4 good shooters which never going to happen with Rudy on the floor. As a PG he has no future, period.

Vegan snowflake here.

Please let us know how long you will last. One of my hardcore vegan friends just gave up on it after 3.5 years ( amazing he lasted that long as 85% of vegans reverse after just 1 year) after encountering numerous health issues. Man, did he changed for better after just one month of reversing back to omnivorous diet.

What the hell did he eat? I went for over three years some time ago but got bit by poverty and nihilism/hedonism, but picked it back up about a year and a half ago and have encountered absolutely 0 health problems and didn't in my first stint, either.

Well, I do not know exact details but they were always very "natural" about their diet so buying foods at Organic markets, etc. Maybe just did not use right supplements, or his body was not taking it well. It is certainly not for everybody - thus high rate of abandoning.

I suppose. The only issue I've ever had is the world at large not having a lot of options that work for my dietary choice, but that is trending in a positive direction, and the quality of the food is increasing in addition to its pricing and availability.

My father, sister, and step mom have been vegans (and for the most part, obnoxious) for 8.5 years. I'll say this, its not as hard to be vegan as it used to be. As for your friend's health, For the most part, many morbidities are highly reduced by a proper vegan diet, especially since some of the most common causes of death in the US are heart disease and stroke, which numerous studies have found plant-based diets to drastically reduce vulnerability of these conditions. It also reduces colon cancer, prostate cancer, reduces risk of diabetes and a bunch of other ailments.

Its not for everyone. and you can certainly be vegan AND unhealthy (vegan fries, chips, cakes, cookies, etc are all easily obtained). That said, My 5'9'' dad went from 230lbs (obese) to 175lbs (healthy), dropped his cholesterol and blood pressure significantly, and is now a weight lifter and endurance cyclist. He wasn't able to do those things when he was fat and unhealthy. So while i'm not personally vegan, I dont tend to knock a lifestyle that helps reduce morbidity and helps the planet.

I see Exum having a better offensive game than Roberson, Bruce Bowen, and guys like that. Our coaching staff just needs to focus on making him an elite defensive player which I think he can be.
His defense is not even in the same stratosphere as those guys. In fact, there's very little evidence that he's even an above-average defender besides the eyetests of his supporters.

MVP has a weird vendetta against vegans, just ignore him.
Have no vendetta, just think it needs to be done very carefully and properly supplemented. And certainly not promoted as cure it all as it is not. You can achieve the same weight loss and other health benefits by just reducing intake of animal proteins instead of eliminating them completely and start depending on supplements.

Well, animal products have way less contribution to those disease compared to carbs and resulting obesity. Heart disease and stroke was unheard of in Inuits and Eskimos ( 95% animal diet) until they were introduced to western civilisation and unhealthy carbs.

But you can’t really begin to have a sustainable or consciencious consumerist diet so

I do it because ranching is necessarily at direct odds with natural flora and fauna, and because factory farming is every definition of evil. Not to mention how wasteful it is of resources and that it’s a huge biohazard.

Not here to preach, but want to be clear I know eating meat is easier and healthier if done properly. But doing veganism correctly is really not difficult at all (until you have to travel with omnivores that don’t give a **** about your choice).

If Exum can string a couple of really solid weeks together, and 1/15 arrives, I hope DL tries to package him and Bradley for a low 1st. I’m probably dreaming but maybe some team with a bunch of picks would part with what appears to be a later one for the “talented upside” that is Dante and Bradley.

The same could be said for Burks and Sef if the latter starts to look better in a couple months. A team who needs playoff depth might want them for a late 1st.

Trade Favors for a late 1st too lets ****ing go!

All of these deals need to be for the 1sts and expirings so as not to prohibit us from bringing in a solid FA.

Then DL can complete his opus by trading Rubio for a late 1st and expiring(s).

Maybe. Maybe???? Am I smoking something? Just do this ****, stripping us a bit more bare, giving us five 1st rounders to bring in legit talent (you can do it DL). And run it back pre-draft with:

?-Neto
Mitchell-Allen
Ingles-O’Neale
Crowder-Niang
Gobert

Move 4 of those 1sts to get into the top 5 to get a stud.

Sign Kemba.

Kemba-Partial MLE-Neto
Mitchell-Allen
Ingles-O’Neale-other 1st (shooter)
Crowder-Top 5 pick-Niang
Gobert-Udoh-Partial MLE

Championship.

It really is this easy.

Tyreke Evans, a really good player, was available for any kind of first rounder last’s year. No bites.

After the trade deadline people were impressed the Bulls got a first for Mirotic because no one else seemed to want to give one away.

No one is trading a first for Exum or Favors.
