Following Potential Draftees - 2019 (not kidding)

Jordan Bone is a guy I'd like in the 2nd if we don't go guard in the 1st. Absolutely crushed the combine workouts, had a solid season last year, and seems to be on an upwards trajectory.

I wonder if Ty Jerome could be the pick. Great shooter, super high IQ, Jazz DNA™, Jazz think he's a point guard, great intangibles, winner at every level, a bit Brogdon-esque and the Jazz really liked him in the 2016 draft, one of the best pick and roll passers in the draft, Friends With Donovan Mitchell™

Not to beat a dead horse, but how many NBA players have a negative wingspan and below average athleticism? Only the best can play in the NBA.

Jordan Bone is super meh. How is he that explosive of an athlete but never goes to the FT line?

I like Jerome, but it's a very meh pick at #23, at best he'll be serviceable, more of a early 2nd type of guy to me.

He's skilled, but his physical limitations are tough to overcome. Best-case, he becomes like the Lakers' Caruso in a few years. I don't think he's really a first-round prospect.

KENNY WOOTEN IS NOT 1st rd material... Stop it

@Catchall U have gone WAY overboard with this one..

Lemme ask u.. How tall is Kenny Wooten?
or lemme rephrase, how tall do you think he is?

Caruso is a defense first guy! Jerome's defense is why he's limited to the range he's currently projected in.

Best case Ty Jerome is a CLUTCH-Gunner.

Was I not like president of the Spencer Dinwiddie Hype train back in the day? I was and that opinions aged quite well. Ty Jeromes upside is something like that, or think Jeremy Lin -- not so much skillset wise, but that quality of backup. I really think thats his ceiling, ur projection makes his earning power seem very limited...

Cuz if he's ceiling isnt that, u take Carsen Edwards 10/10x

I'd rather go with Justin Wright-Foreman or Jordan Poole.

Frankie Ferrari and Charlie Brown? We have to get at least one of them in the 2nd round!
Both of them are actually pretty good players. I havent seen em extensively but I checked in this season on both, Brown a few times, they are legit.

I like Poolein the draft range he's projected in, he caaught a major cold slump the final months of the season it crushed his momentum, i think he could sorta be on sale...

THAT BEING SAID ---- I agree with Eminescence.

Jordan Bone would be an excellent gamble for utah in the 2nd rd, too good to pass up.

Jazz will work out their 60th potential draftee tomorrow. Plus the combine, private workouts and agency workouts they've attended.

Add 30 free agent at their mini camp. They are working hard, hope it pays off.

Lemme answer my own question, about Kenny Wooten's height.

He's 6'7"

and trust me, he could fool ya, cuz he's that level of athletic, but that kid is 6'7"

this is something i was sitting there during ducks games measuring out with my eyes. I'm rather sure im right.

I've often spoke about 'effective playing height' Kenny Wooten plays several inches taller than 6'7", long arms too. He plays like he's 6'10, freak athlete.

I’m glad they’re going to get Samanic in for a workout. I like what I’ve seen from him. Now I want to see them bring in Bazley and Lecque get a look as well.
