Following potential 2012 draftees

MSU's own highly rated freshman SF is having a pretty good debut. 12 points, 8 rbs, 4 assist.

I like Hood. Has he put on any weight?

I don't know. I'm currently doing an internship out of state, so I will not be able to see any games in person anytime soon. I read that he has come along very nicely though.

The stats from the UK guys are so ridunkulous that I'll refrain from posting. I'll wait until next game .. in the meantime I'll post other members of the draft watch.

It was another exhibition game, right? Yall's season hasn't officially started yet. MSU on the other hand is a glorious 1-0

Kudos to MSU. This thread is focusing on potential draftees, not who's better between UK and MSU.
Luckily for you. :)

Really? Gillie is better than Jones already? Even with Jones' major transformation?..

PKM,

When does Kentucky play a meaningful game on any ESPN network that I can catch? When I say meaningful I am talking about a game that will show up in the win/loss column for them.

First game that counts is Friday, but you'd only be able to catch that streaming and it's a cupcake. November 15th, however, is against Kansas at Madison Square Garden and will be nationally televised in ESPN. That will be a nice test for the UK youngsters as Kansas has a couple of lottery picks with a few years of NCAA experience.

If y'all have ESPNU, Mississippi State will be playing Akron at 6pm central. MSU has two guys on their team who will eventually turn pro. Rodney Hood and Renardo Sidney. Hood could be a potential lottery pick in a year or two, and Sidney has the potential to be lottery pick if he gets serious.

Please refrain from referring to Mississippi State as MSU. We all know the real MSU in the college basketball world is Michigan State.

Yes. Not saying his numbers will be better this year, than Jones, but he'll be the mvp. Certain.

Obviously this is pre-UK, but based on HBO's documentary on St. Patrick's in NJ, Kidd-Gilchrist has a ton of work to do as far as his handle and shot goes. I wasn't impressed. He's basically sort of like AK.

Never heard of them. How is Florida State doing this year in football? Did they beat Oklahoma like you predicted?
