Why does that need to be groomed? Go out and grab a Torrey Craig and you don’t need to waste time “developing” that. Just get the final product.

We agree on that. I'm just saying that the team president even uttering Oni's name as any kind of answer is really revealing as to the extent of the rot present in the brain trust of this organization.

This is the 4th year of his career and he has made the playoffs each and every one of them. He can grow tf up already.

I agree. I'm just not at a point where Oni needs to be decided on good or bad.

We got much bigger fish to fry.

The problem is when we try to develop something, we stop looking elsewhere. Except with Favors/Udoka. We justified not bringing in a perimeter defender because “Oni is the best defender on the team.” They pump that **** out there to the local media to build up.

Good points. Let me clarify- as long as Oni is the project, I'm fine with him developing.

We need 4 or 5 good perimeter defenders. We currently have 1. If he can develop into pretty good, we are in a better place.

Listened to the DL media interview. DL and Zanik are jumping on a plane tomorrow to Chicago for the combine. They are not getting fired.

I am a fan of the team. That man is the face of the ****ing franchise sending out cryptic tweets when he should be doing an exit interview as the face of the franchise.

I actually heard him being interviewed in the post game on my drive home from work. He was fantastic in the interviews. Like usual.

There are only two types of guys that DL like.

Small size guards who's one dimensional both offensively/defensively. Burke, DM, Olivier Hanlan, Allen, JWF, NWG, Matt Thomas, Hughes, JC, Conley.

Positional tweeners who aren't good at anything. Dante, Oni, Lyles, Bolomboy, Bradley, Brantley, Morgan.

Look for more players added onto the list this offseason.
