Following potential 2012 draftees

I like Quincy Miller the more I see him play. He is smooth. Does anyone have highlights of him before his injury? I heard concerns about his work ethic. Are there any off the court issues? Personally, I think Miller is definitely in my top 5 on the draft board for the Jazz. I am not that concerned about his lift considering he has great length and effortless release. If he is a willing passer and can shoot from the outside then I hope he is available. Right now when the Jazz play in/out I cringe when our SG/PG/SF takes the shot.

As far as Rivers goes, I am not sold on him being a passing PG. He seems like he is a ball-hog and forces a lot of shots.

He got a 3.5 GPA as a Pre-Med student 1st semester. Not that intelligence always equals being straight laced and problem free, but it's a good indicator that he is probably well behaved.

Miller should be in the top 5 .. not that he will be. No, there have been no documented off-court issues. He's a really good kid that simply coasted on talent alone for long enough to cause concerns of his work ethic. I'm hearing that he's still one of those last one in the gym guys .. but with him, being a good kid, doesn't worry me much. I really just don't want any lazy punks and that doesn't describe Quincy.

Since he was a soph in high school I thought his game resembled Durants .. with just less focus.

Thought that's what you would say but wasn't sure because the same could be said for TJones, Leonard, and Moultrie. I think at around #8 any team has to take Sullinger as BPA.

These players could come off the bench in a Cliff Robinson or Lamar Odom role. I'm pretty sure Sullinger would have to star or get moved.

True, but in this year's lottery, you really need to be thinking starter .. though the guys you mentioned certainly could be within a few years.

BY THE WAY: QMiller (Baylor) playing Kabongo (Texas) right now on CBS.

Rivers playing right now as well .. 5 assists after 3Q.

If Duke wasn't shooting so incredibly ****ty right now he would probably have around 8 right now. He's the only player worth a damn right now other than Mason Plumlee because he can penetrate the zone so well and then kick it out for an open shot. This has been one of his better games that I've seen.

I like that Rivers' shot wasn't falling particularly well today and, instead of continuing to chuck, he went into create for his teammates mode.

*****Warning, this is on the 4th double-double for PJ3 on the season.*****

Really? That's amazing. My issue with both Jones and Miller entering the season is giving it all, all game, every game. With PJIII's talent and being on the collegiate scene, he should be more dominant, for sure.

Hence the warning.

What happened with MKG today??? PKM???

He took a few shots, they didn't fall, he had a couple teammates (TJones) on fire, and he decided to just rebound and do the little things. This team doesn't need him to score, but when it does he delivers.
