Black Kid Shot in Gated Neighboorhood

I also said,

Based on his girlfriend's testimony he chose to put on his hoodie and run. If you were curious about a stranger in your neighborhood and tried question them what would your conclusion be?

you can't murder him for that you stupid excuse for a human being

Scat, given his criminal record (assaulting an officer), his angry, accusatory 911 call, and his behavior on the night in question (followed, chased and then shot the kid), do you think it's likely Zimmerman calmly approached and asked Martin what he was doing in his neighborhood?

He walked fast at first, and when he continued to be followed he ran. Would you not do the same thing if some dude was following you in his car? He probably didn't act calmly when approached by a large, strange older man with a gun who had been following him (the same guy who had made angry, accusatory 911 calls...).

"He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. He said he lost the man," Martin's friend said. "I asked Trayvon to run, and he said he was going to walk fast. I told him to run but he said he was not going to run."
Eventually he would run, said the girl, thinking that he'd managed to escape. But suddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin.
"Trayvon said, 'What, are you following me for,' and the man said, 'What are you doing here.' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again and he didn't answer the phone."

Again, if you are neighborhood watch and you see a stranger that pulls a hoodie over his head and hides his face and then tries to evade you, there's not many conclusions that you can draw from that type of behavior. It is suspicious behavior.

Too add, I haven't read where Zimmerman is a large man. Do you have anything stating that he was larger than the kid? Taller? Shorter? Secondly, did Zimmerman actually exhibit the gun when he first approached the kid? There was no mention of a gun by the girlfriend.

So you call the cops and move on. You don't continue to follow, chase and then confront the kid. You certainly don't pull a gun and shoot.

you don't have any right to harass someone in your neighborhood just because you don't like the way they look.
if they try to avoid you , you don't have the right to go after them.
if you shoot them for that, you murdered them.
if your stupidity leads to a confrontation, and you shoot them in self-defense, you murdered them

So you call the cops and move on. You don't continue to follow, chase and then confront the kid. You certainly don't pull a gun and shoot.

I'm not saying that Zimmerman has no culpability in what happened.

But you don't have a horse in this race...

Also, "Hispanic" is not generally considered a race in America.

********, go look at a government race questionaire. I specifically asks if you are hispanic or caucasian (not hispanic) just like that.

we are missing a good game.. for this.
scat, if you harass anyone, i hope that no one gets shot, and if you shoot anyone, I hope you get in a lot of trouble for it.

All the newer evidence coming out is leaning towards Zimmerman being guilty. Everyone in the nation is on the victim's side. I really don't see any evidence coming out to support Zimmerman. The writing is on the wall in this case IMO.
