you lied when you said others are looking more at conjecture than facts.
Lied? That's a pretty strong word to be tossing around, guy.
you lied when you said others are looking more at conjecture than facts.
I also said,
Based on his girlfriend's testimony he chose to put on his hoodie and run. If you were curious about a stranger in your neighborhood and tried question them what would your conclusion be?
Lied? That's a pretty strong word to be tossing around, guy.
He walked fast at first, and when he continued to be followed he ran. Would you not do the same thing if some dude was following you in his car? He probably didn't act calmly when approached by a large, strange older man with a gun who had been following him (the same guy who had made angry, accusatory 911 calls...).
"He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. He said he lost the man," Martin's friend said. "I asked Trayvon to run, and he said he was going to walk fast. I told him to run but he said he was not going to run."
Eventually he would run, said the girl, thinking that he'd managed to escape. But suddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin.
"Trayvon said, 'What, are you following me for,' and the man said, 'What are you doing here.' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again and he didn't answer the phone."
I am conjecturing. Maybe you were just being stupid. Maybe you lied.
So you call the cops and move on. You don't continue to follow, chase and then confront the kid. You certainly don't pull a gun and shoot.Again, if you are neighborhood watch and you see a stranger that pulls a hoodie over his head and hides his face and then tries to evade you, there's not many conclusions that you can draw from that type of behavior. It is suspicious behavior.
you can't murder him for that you stupid excuse for a human being
it had to be one or the other
So you call the cops and move on. You don't continue to follow, chase and then confront the kid. You certainly don't pull a gun and shoot.
and you believe that if the situation escalates you can defend yourself by shooting the person you harassed.I never said you could. Just saying that it is suspicious behavior that could contribute and escalate the situation.
But you don't have a horse in this race...
Also, "Hispanic" is not generally considered a race in America.
Wrong. "Hispanic" is considered an ethnicity, not a race.********, go look at a government race questionaire. I specifically asks if you are hispanic or caucasian (not hispanic) just like that.
Then you would be wrong.
I'm not saying that Zimmerman has no culpability in what happened.
