I feel sort of guilty even helping support Polanski's cause in any way, shape or form but man, this was just as good the second time.
It gets a 7.4 on imdb. I'd give it an 8, maybe a 9. Refreshing considering all the special effects used in so many movies. Great script. Great acting. Taut.

Diaries had some intense parts and some really stupid parts. My GF thought it was kinda cheesy but kinda scary.
I don't understand how so many people liked it, it really wasn't very good. Just interesting to see how a sex addict lives, but I think the ending was forced.
Fassbender does have a big...personality in the movie.
The last one I saw was the Avengers on July 4. Yeah, I don't get out to the movies often.
Hated it.
It doesn't look like anything I'd watch. Especially now that the only thing I've heard about it is negative.

I have daughters as well and I say Brave with them. It wasn't bad, I kind of liked it.
I've seen this a couple times in school...I don't know why my HS ever showed it, not really educational at all...I always thought it was a really good movie. The writer and director, Andrew Niccol is soooo underrated. He wrote The Truman Show (my all time fav movie), S1m0ne (eh), The Terminal (good), Lord of War (great, albeit Nic Cage), and In Time (never saw).

Gattaca's excellent and this is coming from someone who hates Ethan Hawke. The main score in it is fantastic too--haunting.
I watched Vertigo for the first time in years. What a great great movie!
I haven't seen it, but Sean Penn did win the Oscar for best actor.

He was definitely very impressive, but the movie as a whole was slow and drug on and on and on
I don't like it when movies do that. It's best when long movies don't feel that long by the time they finish.

Best long movie I've seen other than TDKR was Zodiac that mother was intense for all 3 hours. Loved it.

I love Fincher and really like that movie but it dragged on for me a bit...and it's obvious it was the dude at the end of the movie based on the research I did and the way they portrayed him. Too bad the **** died before he could have gotten what was coming to him.
