What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

It wasn't the last movie I saw, but I watched Hit and Run last week. I haven't laughed that hard during a movie since Jackass 3D. I don't know why Dax Shepard isn't in more movies, but I find him right up there with Seth Rogen. Plus, Dax wrote, directed, produced and was the lead actor.

If you like stupid comedies like Pine Express, I love you, Man, etc, you better see it. It was good.
I would say the same for the movie "The Campaign" I saw last week, I was actually thinking of going to see Hit & Run but The Campaign started at a more convenient time and since it had been out longer thought I better see it before it is out of the theater.

Saw The Master...aka The Ghost of There Will Be Blood's Past. I wouldn't recommend it to most people, but I loved it.

I should clarify, I watched it at Brewvies with beers and laughed ALOT. Just as a comedy it was good. For some shocking twist or mind **** or whatever, it was extremely lame.

Wrong. Cabin in The Woods is awesome, especially if you go into it knowing nothing about that movie.

The Ghost of There Will Be Blood's Past?

Dying to see this.

It's the same writer/director of There Will Be Blood, so there are a lot of similar elements such as the cinematography, soundtrack, "themes", and eery performance by the lead. Seriously. Best performance since Daniel Day-Lewis lit it up.

If you liked There Will Be Blood, I'd be surprised if you don't like The Master.

I went in knowing next to nothing (saw tv spots and whatever), but felt the same way as UGLI. It was alright, but the twists weren't like "OMFG, did that just happen?? AMAZING!!"

Just saw it and it left me cold. PTA appears to be trying to make movies that are increasingly inaccessible. A little disappointing to see him taking the Terrence Malik path. QT has taken pole position.

Just watched Cabin in the Woods. Twice. I ****ing loved it. Now it all makes sense.

Now THAT was a good movie. Saw it twice in theaters for a reason.
