Jazz need a lead perimeter threat, but I can't think of a worse player than one pretends to be that but isn't delivering (i.e. the classic combo guard). I'd be wary of a player like Green for that reason but I don't know enough. Jazz need a mid-range off the dribble shooter pretty bad, though.

What's wrong with Tobias Harris and Nikola Vucevic?

I feel like the best strategy when drafting in this range is to pick players with proven productivity and motor. Then, hopefully they have either size or athleticism to help translate the productivity to the NBA. (I doubt you'll find late lotto players with both.)

Then you just need to be like Orlando and play them minutes.
