To me it's starting to look like Shabazz is out of our reach. Both the Kings (7) and Pistons (8) like him. Shabazz may go before both Burke and McCollum.

It's absolutely amazing to me how little seperation there is between picks 5-15 in this draft... we're going to be getting a good player at 14.
McCollum: "On the court I try to emulate Allen Iverson... in terms of his ruthlessness and determination to score".
Interesting comparison....

that comment drops him down a little for me
LOL.. yeah I thought that was interesting.
Burke obviously emulate Chris Paul. Schroeder said he emulated Chris Paul as well, but he seems to be settling for Rondo. MCW said he emulates Jason Kidd "In his prime".
Then you have McCollum who mentions Iverson... LOL
I just watched the video and read a couple of scouting reports on him. I like him as well and would be one of handful of guys I'd be happy with @ 14. Like the fact that he can shoot both off the dribble as well as spot up, tries hard on D, and is explosive in the open court. Only concern is that he needs improve his handles... but am confident he can do that.
The knock on Caldwell-Pope is that he doesn't go strong to the rim, but relies too much on the jump shot. But he's the best true SG after McLemore and Oladipo.

McCollum sure delivers a tight interview. Very bright kid for a 21 year-old.
