I would be surprised and if that happens I will admit I was wrong and you were right.
If it doesn't happen, were you wrong?? (I didn't think so.)
Yep it's a deal.
We can make it the price of 1 Miso Ramen?

That's fair. No excuses though.. cool?

I really hope Utah does not do that and comes to play.
I'm not saying they'll intentionally throw games. But my take is, because of the lack of backups, guys are gonna start to be out for injuries, etc, right near the end. Hence the DNPs.
If it is a legit injury that is one thing. We will just have to see. I hope Utah has more integrity than to smudge things like GST.
Well it could just be a minor injury but Lindsey could just rest them regardless. They are pretty cautious with injuries nowadays. That wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility IMO.
Yes it is possible. I just hope they do not go into GST territory if it does happen. The whole point of this is to play the young guys and let them learn and gel. If they sabotage that then this was for nothing.
Nah, the young guys will get plenty of playing time, that's never in question. My take is there is a reason they haven't made any significant backup signings yet. To me that is a sign that something's up.
Only time will tell what that something is. My take is in the last 1-2 months there will be a lot of "injuries".
Well up to 4 of those back ups are guys that will be possibly part of the Jazz future. Gobert, Evans, Rush and McNeal. 2 more are on there to ensure the Jazz have room to reach in 2014. Beidrins and Jefferson. That brings the Jazz to 12 players (the before mentioned plus Williams (injured) and the C5). Not that much room left. You figure a PG will be added so there is room for 1-2 more and that is it.
I wasn't referring to "quantity" I was referring to the "quality" of the backups.
My point being is that the Jazz do not have much room for either. They choose to go with the youth, draft big and 2014 and big in free agency in 2014. As a result of trades and the draft the Jazz are at 12 players. Also this free agent class was not that good. I think the Jazz may go after 1 good bench guy to go along with Evans, Rush and Gobert (possibly Burks) and call it good.
Well let's just see what happens last couple of months of next season. Hopefully I can score a Miso Ramen from PKM... LOL
Hell take him for 2-3.
OK, again, you are changing the arguement. Utah is rebuilding and will suck. I think we are all glad that the youth get the reigns.
That is not what GSTankers did. They had a group of talented players that they did not play in an effort to throw individual games. The destination is the same but the roads used to get there are dramatically different.
I am arguing the road taken and you are arguing the destination.

here is my question. if our core + awful scrubs only win us 35 games this year and we get a top-5 pick, do you really think the rookie we draft next year is worth 15+ wins individually? this rebuild is just beginning and it's a 2-4 year process. we will suck for a while unless our core is acutally better than we think, which means we won't be ending up with a top-5 pick next year.
