It’s likely Matthews could well be the one who got away. Sure, Matthews was signed for Millsap money but isn’t the MLE the going rate for a starting SG who could probably bring around 15ppg and solid defense. The Jazz right now are paying the equivalent of close to Matthews’ salary this year...
