The answer is yes.


As of now not even i would put him number 1 for sure (even though he is my favorite) but he definately belongs in the conversation.

Honestly i have no clue who will be the best of the 5. I think its a pretty even race.
I think burke, burks, and kanter have more untapped potential at this point but hayward and favors have both already solidified themselves as quality starters in the nba

I hear ya..... But just look at what Burks has done when he gets minutes.... We saw it last year when everyone was injured and he is doing it again this year....

My Boi has massive untapped talent waiting to be harnessed!!!
 
Burks > Wiggins.

Thank goodness for the early injury to Trey that will keep us in the top-10 of the lottery. If not, we could very well be in the mix for the 8th seed. I like Burks in the role he had tonight: coming off the bench initially and then finishing the game. Same with Kanter. Can't complain with anything Corbin did tonight as both got 30 mins and Jefferson and Williams, the starters, were just given 17 each. Replace RJ and MW with young guns (our 2 1st rounders), bring in a better backup PG (Neto?) and Utah may very well have their core in place.
 
Next item on the agenda for Mr. Lindsey: trade RJ to a contender for a late 1st. Bonus points if he can also get the same for MW and anything at all for BR.

To me the question is who can I see in the NBA Finals... To me it's Burke (as the floor general, assist guy & 3pt threat) and Burks (as the scoring 6th man).


Favors is a good but not GREAT defender. Kanter is still inconsistent. Hayward is also inconsistent. Burks is also inconsistent to some degree, but at least he can get to the FT line at will, and that's what you need as a 6th man.

I liked Burks Coming info the draft too. A lot.

Im not blinded by homerism tho.

Not a spécial or unique NBA player.

Burks is definitely a late bloomer. To me he has more potential than Kawhai (no offense) and Thompson (looks ugly when he misses) right now.
