I think that is fair. His stats are going downhill and I expect that to continue next year at an accelerated rate. Watching him play towards the end of the season it was her clear to me he has hit the tipping point of being helpful to winning.I just want to say I don't disagree with the premise that Dirk is good to have off the bench for 20 minutes a game. I have no gripes with that, only with the fact the Dirk remains an efficient shooter at his age. He's still a HoF who provides leadership, championship experience, and okay contributions. I'm not hating on Dirk.
Maybe he will prove me wrong this season and have a resurgence but its a better guess that he will continue down hill at a rapid rate like players do at that age and he has been.
