Yeah he just did.

I told him exactly where he could get those extra large ones. He said he peruse JazzFanz occasionally and told me to tell Size/Huge to stop ****ing with everyone.

6 inches on his vertical and he has gained 11 pounds?


That is a lot, and not easy to do, considering he could already jump pretty high.

He went from 11'8.5" to 12'2.5"


This is going to be fun. I can't wait until he is proving all the dumb asses on here wrong. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he ends uo being our best player.

This man wants to play a major role this season.

Just like the previous off seasons..... this time he should get his chance to shine
 
Also very interesting to read about the progress of Jeremy Evans. Instead of just being able to jump out of the gym, he can apparently now leap over tall buildings in a single bound. And he, too, has added some bulk. This is going to be a fun season to watch...unless Ty mucks things up. Lindsey better start trading some of those other vets!

That higher vertical will translate into finishing better at the rim. Probably more "and 1s" as well given his ability to draw contact.

Edit: article also talks about Evans improving his jump, again, and being noticeably thicker.
 
I said two years ago that Alec needs to add about 6 inches to become a good player (back when Cyrone Torbin said this would not be possible).

Glad the players are listening to my advice.
 
Alec is gunna be a beast! I feel like he's done the most work this off season, with his shot, bulking up, working out with some great coaches as well.

I just wanted to add that he's added the 6 inches through out the whole year if you didn't pick that up. Not just this off season.
