Probably because someone took something he said out of context and or twisted his words. I don't know. I do know Rogan has one of the most successful podcasts in the world though and calling him a knob (btw, great insult) translates to you don't know **** about him. Seems to be the norm with you.

Joe Rogan is an idiot but he's not an evil xenophobic prick. It's not really fair to bunch him in with people who are just because he is dumb.

Dawkins, Harris, and Hitchens are the 3 most prominent atheist thinkers, but Dawkins is easily the best IMO. Harris and Hitchens both have some really dumb political views (especially Hitchens) that trend more towards the libertarian right.

None of them is that good tho. There are tons of better atheist thinkers. But you're right, they're famous.
