I watched Happy Valley. Really glad i did. Cool gritty little crime show. For fans of the Fargo series (and movie of course), check it out.
I watched most of this back in the day, but haven't watched any since. For whatever reason I did like it better than any of the other Star Trek shows (other than classic Trek which is in a category of its own).
Let me know if there are any I haven't seen that I really ought to, keeping in mind that I generally only watch R-rated movies in edited form (i.e. not on Netflix).
Who is Zed? Zed is dead. That one right there is the best lol...or... please, with sugar on top, clean the ****ing car.
Also, does anyone else find Bruce Willis's girlfriend in PF to be incredibly hot? French girls are the best.
I don't have netflix my brother does, he said to watch The Killing as it is kind of like True Detective. Anyone seen it?
Watched the first two seasons of Peaky Blinders, it was good.
I was surprised when the murder didn't get solved at the end of season one... I think a lot of people were. But after that initial "WTF? I thought this case was going to end now," I enjoyed the first two seasons. Pretty compelling stuff. Very dark -- not just in tone, but literally the color palette and lighting in the show are very dark and muted all the time. I'm honestly not sure if there's a single non-overcast sky in the entire series.Watch The Killing starting with season one, episode one. There's no other way to watch it. Great acting and cinematography. Keeps you very intrigued. I won't tell you the downsides of it though. But it's very good stuff.
Not to get too far off topic, but here is an opinion about R rated movies for mormons.

I share Card's opinion in nearly all respects. President Benson's comments which get quoted from time to time were directed solely at the youth. Consequently I don't look down on any adult LDS who choose to watch R-rated movies... but have decided my own life is better when I abstain from them. It's a personal, not a global, stance of mine.
Exum's looking better in the second half at least
What channel is the killing on?Watch The Killing starting with season one, episode one. There's no other way to watch it. Great acting and cinematography. Keeps you very intrigued. I won't tell you the downsides of it though. But it's very good stuff.
Also, why is the original Matrix rated R? Never understood that. The worst thing they say is G-Damn and there is virtually no blood and guts violence and no sex. Hell for every factor the Walking Dead is worse. Makes no sense at all.
It was AMC for the first three seasons, then they cancelled it and Netflix picked it up for a final half-season (six episodes). What channel is the killing on?
