What's new

Dennis Lindsey: We will be VERY active in free agency

This is like a joke ,right ......this is real active .....might as well get Boozer too and announce we're serious about winning now and got another veteran

EXACTLY MY POINT.

In order to trade those players (Millsap excluded), they would have had to take back a bad contract or some other negative aspect.

Seriously, what the **** are you talking about? You talk like you know anything, and you know nothing, unless you want to illuminate your very, very connected source.

I like this deal. Not amazing, but he will provide depth at the two and three. He brings a ton of experience and will push these young guys in the right direction.

lol. Again, more words. You are very good a dodging a simple question. Who did we trade those players for? Is the question too difficult? Or, judging by your post above, do you just not understand? It's a very simple thing I've asked of you. Can you handle it? Or is it too tough? I'm not sure how to simplify the question, but if it is too tough, I'll definitely try. Maybe I can draw a picture. Do you understand pictures better?

I still think if we add Deron and Gasol to this team it would be ultimate sweetness. Give Exum a year to develop under the wing of two solid point guards.

Imagine getting your throat stomped out to the point that your coughing up blood by the big, almighty lineup of Deron Williams, Rodney Hood, Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors and Rudy Gobert... And then hells gates are unleashed as the ravishing secondary lineup of George Hill, Alec Burks, Joe Johnson, Trey Lyles and Pau Gasol as they come in to rip your heart out.

Pau Gasol. Every need filled. Best damn bench in the whole league.

Gobert, Gasol, Favors, Lyles, Hayward, Johnson, Hood, Burks, Hill, Exum. Plus any five out of Withey, Pleiss, Bolomboy, Johnson, Jingles, Mack and Neto.

Okay forget Boozer. Get Pau and we're asking nicely to take the title by the time May comes.

Ew.

What would be better is Hill with the starters and Exum with the second unit. It would also be better to have Lyles with the second until and Boozer and Williams not on our team.

What would be even better is an improving Exum taking the starting job and Hill with the second unit.

In 2 years, yeah.

I ditched the whole Boozer thing though, I forgot Gasol was on the market.

Locke has mentioned a half dozen times he doesn't like the free agent market and to watch the trade market.

Makes me think two possibilities:

1. He knows something and is tipping his hand

2. He is just covering for the Jazz doing nothing in free agency.

So I guess we can conclude sometimes Locke just has his own opinions and not everything he says is some propaganda scheme for the Jazz FO.

I like Deron and would welcome him back in the right circumstances, but there is absolutely no room for him at this point. No damn way.

Get Ryan Anderson somehow and we're set. Wouldn't mind Pau either though.

You were aware that Lyles shoots a better three point percentage than Ryan Anderson, right? As a rookie. In 8 years Anderson has only shot better than 40% once. I suspect Lyles is going to make you forget Anderson ever existed. . .
