So I finally earned my degree, specializing in k-3rd grade age. Most teachers just get a general bachelors degree an then feel they deserve to teach little kids. Not me. I got the specialty degree an understand children much more thoroughly.
I will be quoting Maverick soon. Obviously. Job is scheduled to start in Kerns. A rough neighborhood.
My question for jazzfanz is how do I ethically pick my first graders? From what I understand the parent teacher conferences before hand are pretty much a lottory system where each teacher tries to pick the smartest an lowest problem children.
I do not think this is right an I do not believe I should take on all the problem kids either. That is too much to handle so I have this ethical conundrum an need your help.
