Enes Kanter still unsigned

@WojYahooNBA

Enes Kanter has locked himself in his Chicago apartment and is waiting for Westbrook and Presti.

@Chris_Broussard

Kanter's agent has informed media that Kanter has had second thoughts and is waiting for Westbrook and Presti to convince him he should sign with OKC.

@Zach_Lowe

Has anyone informed Kanter's agent that restricted free agency doesn't work the way he thinks it does?

@ESPNSteinLine

Sources say Kanter is visibly upset that Westbrook and Durant are not tweeting emojiis.

I'm going to laugh hard when the Jazz get a late 2018 pick from the Thunder and DL turns it into the next Rodney Hood/Rudy Gobert.

The Jazz won that trade by a mother******* mile.

So glad Utah isn't the one trying to decide if they match or let him walk for nothing. Ouch!

It will be a lottery pick after Durant leaves.

If the Thunder let Kanter walk (which they should) they will keep Durant and Wetbrook together. They're not tanking. They're going to fully max out both guys and try to buy pieces to put around them and keep them competitive.

I'm pretty sure that they make the playoffs the next two years, but don't go anywhere.

Is this actually happening?!?!?!

I don't know if Durant and Westbrook would be too willing to stick around if they let kanter go. They need to show they are willing to pay to surround them with the talent they need to win a title. I don't think kanter is really one of those players, but they probably see him as being one.

Don't see it on Twitter. Must be some kind of weird *** joke.

I think Flc was making a joke about the Deandre Jordan situation and how the Clippers hijacked him after he agreed to a deal with the Mavs.

OKC can just match. Dallas should have jumped into the Kanter race now that Jordan left them at the alter. Portland just seems desperate.

This.
Duh

BTW, who is this OKC Thunder team everyone keeps talking about? They're called the Super Sonics.

Duh.

******* glad that the future of the Jazz are Rudy Gobert and Derrick Favors. All this other crazy **** with Kanter, Jordan and LMA has me really, really appreciating the stability of the Jazz franchise, the leadership of the front office and coaching staff and the hard work that the players are putting in to the program. They've built something special. Hopefully it keeps growing.

They owe their 2017 pick to someone else if it's not lottery, and then the next non-lottery pick to the Jazz. If they keep Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka, they should make the playoffs both years - assuming they're all healthy. Those 3 have all missed significant time with injuries.

Actually, with Gobert and Favors guarding him there's no need to even let him have his stats.

Who's going to guard Ibaka and Durant then,these guys aren't chumps ...with so much focus on Durant and Westbrook attacking the basket ...Kanter will be one on one and with probably the 1st step advantage

disaster for OKC is to show Durant they aren't ready to go for title by letting Kanter go to Portland and he walks next year....double hit .....OKC has to sign Kanter to show Durant their serious ,Durant is like Lebron ,show me how REALLY serious you are to win a title

In the handful of games I saw with Kanter @ OKC they used him way better than we ever did. Ibaka compliments Kanter way better than Favors or Gobert complimented Kanter.

They didn't have him try to be an inconsistent pick n pop big man. They just parked him under the basket and let him work that offensive glass and finish around the basket. He will be nasty with Durant/Westbrook/Ibaka on offense. They might have the best offensive team in the league with those 4 in a starting line-up. If Billy Donovan can figure out how to get them to play team defense, they are a favorite to contend.

I mean the dude averaged 5 offensive rebounds per game in 31 minutes. That has to be top 5 in the league.
