Trey + 35th

Harkless + absorbing last year of Jameer ($8M) + 12th

Would only do that if somehow we pass on Aaron Gordon and then Gordon somehow dropped to the 12th pick. Otherwise, I'd rather keep Trey.

If Gordon could score, then I would be all over drafting him. I just think in this draft, we need to get one of Jabari, Exum, Embiid or Wiggins. If we can't draft one or make a trade for one, I guess Gordon or Vonleh could become special, but it is a long shot.

If we draft Gordon and he turns into Otto Porter, I will straight up murder Cyrone's bagel baking ***.

Trade the 23rd pick for Otto Porter.

I guess if you think that the 23rd pick is going to be someone who sits on the bench for their entire rookie contract, then is out of the league after that, then you have made a pretty good deal. Only problem is though, we would be paying double for the same player.

Believe the poll about whom to take with the 5th pick should have Saric added. Here is his stats from his last game.

36pts 5-8 from 3, 15 Reb, 4 BS, two steals. I think it is time for him to commit to coming over next year. Probably go top 8 if he did.

I love Saric trash talking Wiggins and Parker. He definitely needs to commit to the NBA if we are going to take him at 5.

I would agree.

Me too.

And I'm really ok with Vonleh or Exum. Or Embiid, of course, if he falls.

Exum gives us a very nice guard rotation. Between Burks and Exum, they can handle the PG duties when Burke is out. This shifts Hayward to SF full-time. And less is more in terms of Hayward being relied upon less as a ballhandler and more as a shooter.

If we get Vonleh? There are enough minutes at the 4 for him to play behind Kanter. He's not ready to be a starter, so give him (and Gobert) 18 mins each when both Favors and Kanter are healthy and not in foul trouble. Sure, this means zero minutes for Evans. But at some point we have to upgrade.
