Following potential 2015 draftees

You think he can defend at a high level in the NBA?

I think he can defend averagely and try harder than most (own it). And I think he can be killer in transition, an underrated passer, and an assassin from 3.

His lack of elite athleticism keeps him from being a star.

I'd be cool with someone like Booker, tbh. We need some dudes that can spot up for 3's on fastbreaks.

He has 4-5 inches max vertical on Klay. For me his athleticism is not a problem at all. His length could be, but I am not sure and won't be sure until I see him defend in the NBA.

Booker's size is fine, good even, if he can be a combo guard. The key is passing, handling, vision.

FYI, Booker is 1 1/2 inches taller than Brad Beal and has the same standing reach.

Depending on who falls to the second, I'd probably look at Dunn(PG), Justin Anderson, Timothe Luwawu(he's a prime defensive prospect, but is very raw offensively)... Christmas has been pretty good this year but is kind of old already. He might be worth it with the second of our second rounders.

I actually feel like stashing players is the best use of the second rounders right now, because we don't really have many roster spots open and the ones we have we probably will be looking to fill with experienced veterans to fortify our rotation. Candidates for draft and stash: Vezenkov, Luwawu, Osman, Buza, Sipahi...

I feel like using one of the second rounders on a draft and stash is a good idea, but since I doubt we'll get too much in free agency I'd like picking up one potential rotation piece in the second round. And nobody else is a fan of Brown from Stanford? Seems like a solid potential 3/D player to me.

I'll post a couple recent Booker highlights. He's not terribly athletic, but he moves intelligently and efficiently.

Brad Beal is more athletic than Booker, but Booker has a skill set that may make him nearly as effective if things go well for him...
