Following potential 2015 draftees

All of this. I think we can add a really solid piece around 12, and there are plenty of guys I'd be good with. I have a lot of faith in the Jazz FO right now, so if it's Booker, Kaminsky, Oubre or whoever, I'll trust them.

Same. I just hope they really go after Tomic man. As good of a fit as there ever was.

Too be honest I'm not really sure. I just watch him and think "Could this dude translate his game to the NBA?" And I'm not confident he can. I am also a dumb *** so take it for what its worth.

He will be a good offensive player. Biggest concern for me is covering pick and roll/lateral movement. He will be fine on post d and actually will provide some rim defense.

If we had Kaminsky coming off the bench, it would really open up driving lanes for Burks. Those two could be quite the scoring punch off the bench.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned about Kaminsky is that he played PG in high school.

Dude is a great passer.

His shooting and passing would be a perfect fit in Quin's system.

This is what I was trying to explain in the game thread last night. Kaminsky opens up lanes, wings drive and lob or shoot and Gobstopper cleans up the misses.

Every time I watch him I'm impressed... He's the opposite of looney.

We are in a really good position to just take BPA. Whoever we select likely won't play much next year. If tomic comes over we have only one real need IMO... A good veteran backup PG. This is exciting times.

For 2nd round picks how about either Derrick Marks MVP of Mountain wEST cONFERENCE, tYLER hARVEY LEADING sCORER IN Division 1 or Venky Jois the best Aussie in the country?

Also playing for Bo Ryan he will not be turning the ball over much. Also he is only going to be the player of the year in college so no reason to think of drafting him. :)

I want Hezonja or Oubre.

We need shooting, attitude and length on this team. Both of them fit that. This team is more or less set at starters we need depth and we might as well shoot for the stars to get a superstar in the draft as well. These two both could be stars, not saying they will but could be. Then in FA try to get one of the big name wings, might as well try. After than pick up depth, starting with Tomic and if not we can find others to get depth at Center and PG.

I have a feeling this draft will be good, but the upper portion of it should have its fair share of busts and the second half of it will have some guys that pan out. We haven't discussed many perceived later round picks. Anybody know much about perceived later first rounders?

Pretty sure Dal has said Tomic wouldn't be an ideal starter in the NBA, but thinks he would be a fantastic third big.

I have, but BD likes to think I'm pro every Euro ever.

Devin Booker wide open for 3.....

Air ball.

That's my worry with Booker. If his shot is off, does he have much to fall back on at the next level?

I feel like when you're drafting a guy in the lottery, he/she should have at least 2 elite skills/attributes.

How's his defense though? That is pretty key to Quin's system now too. You play the position you can guard in the NBA. Can he guard physical bigs?

I love Oubre skills wise. Wouldn't be upset if we took him. But if he isn't motivated, this quote by Pop here is why I would be at least a little wary of drafting him.

Exactly and DL is all about character. If we look at who he drafts: Burke, Exum, Hood, Gobert - these are all high character guys. To be honest witchu, I'd be very surprised if DL picks Oubre. Very surprised.
