I was looking at some the NBA draft boards at players 50-100 and I would not be against trading the first pick for a vet or another year's first round pick. It seems like there are some talented players who will fall into the late 2nd round udfa category.

That big Poirier has some skill. He was in the G-League last year, but is draft-eligible. Looks like a nice value-pick.

He is sort of a mystery. He averaged 9 pts, 4 rebs, and 1 blk in 20 min per game. I looked for him on NBADraft.net and tankathon...he wasn't on either boards top 100.

He had a private workout for the Miami Heat on Wednesday, and worked out for the Lakers about 2-weeks ago. After the Lakers Workout Bleacher Report said Poirier is a bit of a mystery but is likely a 2nd round pick or will go undrafted.
