teh question on everybdys mind is Can Bazemore play SF??

Not full time but for 10-15 minutes a night I think he can. In the same way a guy like Marvin Williams can play PF for 15 minutes a game. but in reality he neither should full time.

I think he can guard 3's.

I would like this signing. I think if our staff gets up his *** on defense/fundamentals, he could be a terror defensively. Length/athleticism packages like this don't come around often.

I just went through the play-by-play for every Pacers playoff game. There wasn't a single instance where Lance shot the ball 5 times in a row.

There were 4 instances where Lance was responsible for at least 4 consecutive terminal possessions (possessions ending in a shot, shooting foul or turnover). 2 of these were 4 consecutive possessions, and 2 were 5 consecutive possessions (both had turnovers mixed in...thus no 5 shots in a row). In only one of these 4 instances did Lance score less than 1 point per possession, and overall he scored 19 points on the 18 possessions, drawing 4 shooting fouls in the process. The Pacers averaged about 2 points per 100 possessions less than this during the playoffs (105.6 v. 103.7).

Unfortunately, LP Broadband doesn't let me watch playoff games, so I can't check if he used these possessions without passing. He didn't ever shoot 5 times in a row though, and he was pretty productive when he used 4+ consecutive possessions.

I don't remember what playoff game it was and 5 times was an estimate. Nit Pick over a small detail. Obviously, we don't agree. My point is that Stephenson is immature and a lose cannon. There is a reason why multiple teams aren't jumping to sign him and that he was 1st round talent but got drafted in the 2nd round. I am not willing to take a chance on a guy with a history of being a knucklehead. It is obvious that you would. I am not arguing that Stephenson isn't a talented player. I am as sure as I can be that he is a distraction on the team.

Paul George is a great yung player but he is not yet to the point where he will call his teammates out about their actions. To me if lance went toth er ight team with a vet like the lakers with Kobe then you ight see hi stop being sucha knucklehead

I think Stephenson is one of the best shooting guards in the league talent wise.

Mentally I don't think he fits into a system where we are settings screens and constantly moving and playing team ball. He seems more of a selfish player that needs the ball in his hands to be effective. And will distract from the goal. He won't even mean to be a distraction. He just does dumb things that become distractions. Immaturity. We don't need it. His personality is so strong I don't think it would be good for anyone to be around him.

Parsons is not signing a contract until the Rockets either Sign Melo or realize they won't get him.

If they sign Melo........Parsons can be had. Until that time we just don't know.

Parsons can be more easily had in the interim between now and whenever Carmello chooses a team. The Rockets have put him on the back burner because they don't want to commit cap to a player that they own rights to (and whose rights cost so little on the cap without the new deal). If Parsons signs a deal, the Rockets have to turn him out or match and risk losing their shot at Carmello.

If they're going to do it, now is the time.
