Werd. He played pretty fantastic. Nice touch passes. Didn't rush anything. Slid when he needed to. Threw the ball away when he needed to. His progressions looked good. Deep balls were good. His one pick was probably a touchdown if called correctly. He has noticeably notched up his play in the past 2 weeks. Can't help but be encouraged. Utah State was top 20 in total defense too. Georgia Tech is the 9th ranked defense in the country, should be a good test this week.

A lot of stuff. It's way back on the pages. Gist is, my gf and I at the time broke the BYU housing rules because I wasn't driving through a canyon that was closed and didn't choose to stay in a hotel. She had no fear of being kicked out because 1. she had a place to stay. 2. she was moving in a week or two anyways. and 3. she just didn't care anymore. For me, I didn't want to spend 40 bucks for a hotel room. Apparently I was making excuses to stay with my lady friend (which I understand, I really liked my lady friend, married her even) and I was arguing that most reasonable people would have done the same thing. But ah well, life goes on.

Spencer Hadley is coming back this weekend apparently, a couple games earlier than the initial suspension. I'm all for the honor code, but 1/2 a senior season for drinking and staring at some cocktail waitresses breasts did seem a little extreme so I hope that rumor is true.

See, I'm totally the opposite. I'll be bummed if they let him back early. One of the things that I really do like about BYU is the fact that they make ZERO exceptions for anyone, regardless if you're the star basketball player, football player, math quizster, lead debater, etc. I loathed Skyline for their wish-washy standards regarding the student athletes compared to the rest of the student body, so I will be a little put out if they let Hadley off lite.
