Some positives from this game:

Burke looked pretty good.
Despite Hayward's amazing shooting, we still scored 98 points.
Even if this team gets healthy and they start playing out of their minds, their horrible start will very likely land us a top 5 pick.
 
Its a crime against Jazz fans everywhere that jefferson played more than 41 minutes. Jefferson is not the future. Corbin has to understand he is digging his own grave. We lose if we play Jefferson and we lose if we don't play Jefferson. Why not play the young guys? Development, Development, Development.

Other than Hayward complete heaping garbage game, and Corbin's head scratching decisions on playing time I really liked the way the Jazz played.

Hayward shot was off. That's it. He had 11 assists, 6 rebs a steal and 2 blocks. He was also 4-4 from the line.
 
Burks had a couple of bad turnovers (hence only 16 minutes) but he also blocked tyreke twice and played pretty good overall defense, shot 3 for 6 from field, and 100% from the line.

His two turnovers just happened to be bad ones and both happened in a shirt span..... happens sometimes


At least jefferson went over 40 minutes again though
 
Of course burks was negative 15 in his 16 minutes lol

This. Losing is fine. But the way they are being coached is driving me insane.
 
Trey Burke, who's really young and had an injury that wouldn't affect his conditioning in anyway, couldn't possibly play more than 10 minutes. But RJ, who's an old ****er, can continue to play 40+ minutes every night.

Did I get that right?

That was not all. He had numerous bad passes, terrible defense, and the announcers even noticed he was hanging his head after missing so many shots.

Oh, and to say Hayward shot was off is an incredible understatement. He was epically bad tonight shooting the ball. Almost historically bad.

13-14 minutes versus 11 minutes is certainly a huge deal. Not to mention his first taste of closing out a game with the rest of the youth.

Correct it was terrible but he played decent D, assisted like crazy and had an otherwise good game.
 
I thought it was really weird that one of the worst offensive teams in the NBA scored 98 points when its highest scorer had a historically bad shooting night.
Also Trey looked really good.
I don't know what the hell Ty is doing, but if Trey had the ball in his hands more and quit making Burke pass to Burks or Jefferson in the halfcourt set, we would've still been in it.
Evans looked good too. Not sure why they didn't put him on Ryan Anderson.

Serious? Do you know what his injury was? To not play Burke is inexcusable. It's ridiculous. It's...vintage Ty.
