What's new

GT: Jazz v Pacers, Sat. 12/5/15 @7:00pm

Not enough people talking about Burke. His passes out of the p&r are straight money.
You are right.
Burke was awesome

. And he's averaging 27 ppg on the year.

And that's after a slow start.
I think he is averaging like 35 ppg in his last 6 games.

Probably foul him on a 3pt shot with the way the game is going and George will flop and get a flagrant called on Rudy Gobert from the bench.
Lololololol

The PNR with anybody and Favors has been solid for three years now.

Fixed.
They should do more pick n rolls with favors. Especially now that rudy is out and the lane isn't as clogged

Escaped! After blowing the 17 point lead they get out of there with the W. Hitting Favors in the fourth made the difference. Was Hood even on the floor there? The call by Locke didn't say.

Fouled out

Here's the gif for future game threads.

Gets me every time. Lol. I'm laying in bed watching this and my wife is asleep next to me and I struggled to keep my laughter quiet enough not to wake her.

I used to hate that we drafted lyles. Now, so worth it

What a weak *** celebration by Ingles.
Just watched it again to see what ingles did and started laughing out loud again due to lyles.

Ya ingles didn't look too enthusiastic

Are you watching the game after it's over, like usual? lol
Nah just at a party partying hard and socializing too much to be involved in the gamethread and staring at my phone.

I refuse to be "that guy"

I don't think it was a back court violation since the Pacers tipped the ball and Hayward didnt have possession of the ball as he crossed back into the halfcourt, I might be wrong though.
I agree. That was my pov as well

Yes they still have long careers ahead of them and it's too early to judge who will have the better career.

However it's not too early to judge who is better right now and Paul George is better. It's not even close. 100% of gm's would rather have george. There is really no argument to be had
Yeah I really liked when George bricked the three when he should have just held the ball to get fouled. Or when he turned it over in OT.

Yeah he really needs to be in the starting lineup. Giving him Favors and Hayward to actually finish his passes. He hasn't been given nearly enough credit for handling the ball the majority of the time and playing almost mistake free ball offensively last night.
No. He's better suited coming off the bench. Both Hayward and Hood need to have ball in hand to be affective. Adding Burke, who needs to dominate the ball as well is too much. Burke is better utilized off the bench to handle the ball and added scoring punch off the bench. Look at last year. Burke was a complete 100% train reck in the starting lineup. He was much better immediately being moved to the bench.

I actually see Neto as being a very good backup pg in the years to come for Utah. He can play in this league. Let's not forget how good he was yesterday. In his limited minutes. He played more limited minutes but think in the long run he's better then Burke. Not hating on Burke. I've been happy with his play, but his ceiling is more limited then Neto's in my view due to Burke being more of a sg in a 6-0 body with limited athletic abuilities he's a career backup second unit guy with some scoring pop. I agree and support Quinn's choice to start Neto.
Lololololol

Second this lolololol

I enjoyed that as well. Not sure what it has to do with my post you quoted though

That foul called when CJ got blocked by the rim was such BS. I went back and watched it. No one close to fouling. WTF?

Haywards D was amaizing. He's turning into an elite defender as I saw in his first couple years. He's unique in that he's both big and strong and still very quick. PG lost his effectiveness the moment Hayward took the assignment of guarding him. He really abused PG on that side of the ball all year teams best offensive wings have had a tough time scoring consistently on Gordo.
