And is there any player more one-dimensional that Robert Horry?
Actually Robert Horry was an excellent defender, which is the reason those Spurs teams wanted him near the end.

My dad has said for years that our players are so worried about missing a shot and getting pulled/yelled at by coach Sloan that they think too hard about aiming, start pressing and end up shooting worse than normal. This obviously doesn't apply to all players, but it seems like many of these supposed deadeyes suddenly lose their jumpers once they start playing here.
Yes, some of the blame is with Jerry. Notice how Phil's guys and Pop's guys, the role players, can and do hit clutch shots in big games? Notice how jerry's guys don't?
The other part of the equation is player selection. The Jazz are way too comfortable carrying way too many guys who just cannot shoot. Ronnie Price for one. Chicken-wing Brewer for another. And those guys are SHOOTING guards for krists sake. Notice how Pops and the Spurs are always loaded with shooters while the Jazz never are.

No, I think he meant Robert Horry.
Ah, he has morphed races apparently![]()
Jerry feels if you run the offense correctly you get a layup every time. Why would you need shooters for that?

That Nic Cage can still act when given a good script and good director with whom to work.
That's exacly what I thought, but the OP already disclaimed it. Must be a lawyer, no matter what you say he will be right.Has your dad seen CJ play? Probably not. Ask him if he really thinks CJ looks worried and nervous about jacking up shots out there
