Wow.. Babe, your wife mows the lawn??????

Like I said, people don't all have to follow the same formula for happiness. I follow her orders when it comes to yard work and house work, and most of my time I am doing what she has said needs doing.
She is a very efficient and a very hard worker, with a no-nonsense attitude about getting things done. She assigned me the worse job, in her view, I assure you. She often tells me she could not do what she does without me taking care of that business.
LOL. Well it would be most unpleasant to mow a lawn that was full of poop.
My wife got me up this morning, and announced that I must clean the yard so she could mow the lawn before it started raining. I'd planned to sit on the front porch and commune with my dog for a good while. I got my pooper scooper job done just in time, and she mowed the lawn, and then it did rain. Then she announced that I must get in her car and go with her to the apartment we're remodeling and help clean it up. I did so, and I followed her orders because guess what, she's efficient and well-organized, and I'm not. We got that job done too.
Yeah, you can tell from a picture what kind of woman would make a good wife...
Ok genius, how else are you supposed to determine such a thing?
I wish you the best of luck in your romantic endeavors.
You never answered the question

There is the difference between you and me. Your wife told you what to do, then you went and did it. I looked out the window Friday morning while reading the paper and noticed that it would rain Saturday afternoon and the grass was getting long. I woke up Saturday morning and mowed the lawn while I let my wife sleep in.
At the end of the day, all that matter is that you are happy. I couldn't handle a wife that nagged me relentlessly. That being said, my first inclination isn't to bludge all day long. My first inclination is to get what needs to be done, done, then bludge all afternoon.![]()
I'll admit that when I was a bit younger may be around 25, I thought having a wife who has everything figured out and a bit 'bossy' but knows exactly what needed done and just tells me what to do would be my "perfect wife". May be a career woman who doesn't have much time to do housework but is bringing in the money.
But as I've gotten older I now know I cannot stand someone bossing me around all the time. I need a partner, someone who I can live with comfortably for the rest of my life, not someone that bosses me around for whatever reason. I just don't think I can live with that even though what she's doing might be what's best for the family.
