Why is Cooks in the Jazz roster?

Jazz probably want a stretch big man, but why Cook at his age is a big stretch.

I think the reason Evans started was to see if Alec Burks could get his shots in the starting line-up, to get Alec get more touches and see Favors would do being the only player to play center. It may very well be just to reward his performance for once.

Benching Kanter probably was to see if he could carry the team. Since second unit lacks scoring Kanter may well get subbed earlier and come into play with second unit to balance things.

Whether he was thinking it and if we agree with it our two different things. Hayward, Burke, and Burks are all playmakers, it makes sense to put one in the second unit to maximize their talents. OKC realized this with Harden, Durant, and Westbrook and that's why you never saw Harden start one game in his life as good as he was.

According to Fox Sports West, tonight's game is televised on Prime Ticket. So maybe League Pass and other sources will have it.
