I like the starting unit as long as we don't platoon the 2nd unit. Need to balance the shooting etc.

Doubt it. Burks will be a SG. The success he had as a PG was playing beside Foye, who was a good ball-handler and could take the pressure off Alec. That really can't be said of Jefferson or Williams. I do see either Rush, Jefferson or Williams starting with Burks off the bench.

And I wouldn't read too much into Kanter not starting tonight. They're likely easing him back into the lineup after his injury.
 
I prefer to believe Ty is inept. More believable. Especially since Kanter started in the very first game.

I will start hating on Ty early and often (and with Spanish vitriol) if this **** doesn't stop now.
 
I think Ty is focused more on trying different lineups, plays both defensive and offensive, and the new guys. I really don't think we're concerned too much about winning the preseason.

So you don't support Riggin' for Wiggins' ??
 
I think that some people do not know about winning. Who the F.... cares about a TOP 5 Pick ,IF our Young Guys can prove on their very first season, that they are Elite ?
Getting to the play-offs would really show how high the upside of these young group is.

Mmmmm, maybe. Keep in mind that this group has;

- a year of growth after being buried on the bench
- Ty as a coach, currently
- cap space enough to not only bring in Wiggins (added to a year of experience of the current team) but a max player at a position of need

What's wrong with being GREAT for 3 quarters and then brining in subs to finish off the 4th?

I got you. Rush and Hayward are 40%+ 3pt shooters--who knows with Burke. On the second unit, Jefferson has shot over 40%. Both Burks and Williams shoot around 35-37%. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes up.
 
I didn't watch the game and didn't see the box score yet, but can I still rag on Corbin for sucking it up and losing this game for us?
