Jazz VS Rockets 9pm ET / 7pm MT

I hope we all realize that this is a 19 year old who doesn't have a complete NBA body yet and he is getting BETTER as the season goes on. In the past teenagers who have come into the league and have gotten better or maintained as the season went on already came into the league with an NBA body - LeBron, Magic, Howard, etc. How this skinny kid is holding up and making improvements past game 60 is beyond me.

And he's making life miserable or in some cases shutting down established NBA PG's almost on a nightly basis.

I've been impressed with his fearlessness defensively against guys like Tony Parker, Mike Conley, Patrick Beverly tonight... he stood up to them all, and bettered them.

Win Streak at 4. Haven't done that since the end of 12-13, when it was 5.
11-12 6-game streak
10-11 7-game in the Dwill era
09-10 9-game Dwill Bozzer era

Next up, Pistons, Wizards, Hornets, Lakers. Then Warriors for the 9th game.

Such a massively satisfying win. I wonder if the collective group of morons at clutchfans are grouping together their brain cell and trying to comprehend this loss

This nickname makes no sense. Gobstopper would be the guy who stops Gob, and since we all know that such a thing does not exist, there can be no Gobstopper.

Most everyone remembers the press conference when Rasheed Wallace answered every question with "Both teams played hard." It's pretty easy to picture some opposing player or coach answering "Rudy Gobert" to every question in a postgame press conference.

Jazz's last 10 games vs. WC playoff teams:

Golden State - Win by 10 pts.
Memphis - Win by 11 pts., Lose by 10 pts.
Portland - Win by 16 pts., Lose by 1 pt.
Houston - Win by 19 pts.
LA Clips - Lose by 5 pts.
Dallas - Lose by 5 pts.
San Antonio - Win by 9 pts.
New Orleans - Win by 4 pts.

Jazz are 7 - 3
Avg. margin is +5.8 pts.

I love reading opposing teams forums. It's the same story every game when we play a good team.

There's the occasional wise fan who recognizes that the Jazz have been playing very well recently, but the overwhelming majority talk about it like it should be an easy win. Then when the Jazz proceed to kick their asses, hilarious doomsaying ensues.

I like Sergeant Swatter. Goes well with his salute. And I agree with the announcers; the crowd needs to start saluting back. Dikembe had the finger wag; Rudy now has his signature gesture. He can do it after a monster dunk or a huge block.
