Jazz want Sap?

Why do ya'll care about rep? Is their more to it than bragging rights? Honestly I just don't get it.

You can trade rep in for "credits" every year around Christmas time and you can get cool stuff like Jazz tickets, and meet and greets with Jazz players with your credits.

Pretty cool really.

Ken Berger: Jazz made no offer to Millsap last night, but there's mutual interest. In the meantime, Millsap will explore interest from other teams. Twitter @KBergCBS

Jody Genessy: The Jazz and Paul Millsap are expected to have another conversation this week, according to the source. Twitter @DJJazzyJody

I'm going to be so stressed till Millsap and Jefferson are finally gone.

Jazz did a bait and switch on me. Thought I was getting an autographed basketball. I was told they ran out and I got a used towel and jock from Raja's locker. It had been in there a whole year! Even my dog ran yelping from the house when I opened the package. Gotta read the fine print when they say they can substitute something else at their discretion.

SO they told him to go out and test the market. Likely means he was asking for a huge raise. This is a lose-lose. Millsap will come back, having seen he can't get anywhere near what he expected. Might sign with Utah as a last resort, then his attitude will suck because he's unhappy with his salary.

I hope you're not right.

If the Jazz resign Millsap there is no doubt that he will start or have significant minutes over favors or kanter... And thus the half-*** theme of running the Jazz to mediocrity will continue. He's an undersized PF.
how?
if kanter favors get 30 minutes each and sap gets 35-36 is that significant?.

What if...

Williams, Tinsley, Burke
Foye, Burks
Williams, Hayward, Carroll
Millsap, Kanter, Evans
Favors, Kanter, Gobert

that picture shows evans has a bad attitude.

he needs to go.

/sarcasm.

evrybody pissing and moaning about millsap pouting on the bench.

would you not pout if the worse big man gets the least minutes.
would you not pout if your team loses on the shoulders of corbin and alfnse running the alfense.

so stfu about millsap attitude he CARED

David West got extended at $12 mil/year (3 years for $36 mil.). Millsap ought to be in the $10 - $12 mil range too.

Many overrate Paul Millsap so much.

He is a 13 and 7 guy on a good team that would get around 25 - 30 minutes off the bench.

Imo, his market value should be around 8 Millions/year on a longer contract at around 10 Millions/year on a short contract.

He is an undersized PF that doesn't have much of an impact on the defensive end. He has past his prime and his game decreases.

I'd rather get a solid veteran big plus a veteran guard for the money only Millsap alone would receive.

Don't get me wrong, Millsap is a good player but I don't want to pay him 10 or more Million Dollars per year. Definitely not worth it.

Yes. Yes it is. If Millsap resigns, that will probably mean that the jazz will win more games. That means that our chances of landing a superstar in the lotto next year decrease... which means we are in a continual state of mediocrity. Why wouldn't you wat Kanter and Favors to get 35-40 minutes? You don't think that those extra minutes will help their growth? Why do you think the jazz should resign Millsap? I don't think he is part of the jazz's long term future of contending for a championship.

David West was veteran leadership and hustle on a team that needed him to do that. Millsap was **** leadership and no hustle on a team that DESPERATELY needed him to provide those things. Let the guy walk. Let someone else overpay him.

Millsap provided several years of leadership, heart, hustle and fight. Only since Big Al came has he faltered.

Tell me you write scripts for daytime soap operas. Wasting your talents if not.

I was just thinking what if Millsap was fed up with Big Al. I wouldn't mind Millsap being back for the right price.
